selection process
HEXA Consulting aims to provide its members with every possibility to grow; we facilitate the development of our members' interpersonal and professional skills through experiences that require their leadership skills. Once in a project, our consultants are provided with the means to apply the skills they learned in class into real-world problems that require critical thinking.

By working in small groups, our consultants are able to tackle their assignments by applying a high level of critical thinking and teamwork, while still getting in-depth exposure to their project's clients. This gives them the chance to identify their weak areas and to explore their strong areas, which allows for the determination of the soft and hard skills they have to offer, and recognition of what areas may need improving.
Our team is always looking for dedicated students who are eager to work, and that have the desire to get real-world experience before entering the job market.
HEXA Consulting hires new members every semester; we, however, function a lot different when compared to other organizations at USF.
