GENERAL TIMELINE OF A PROJECT
INITIAL CONTACT
This phase comprises the first contact between HEXA Consulting and you, the client. One of our consultants, projects analyst or projects Director reaches out to you and schedules a diagnostic call to assess yours and your company's needs. Once the call is complete and your project has been accepted, the Projects Department will establish a time-frame as to when you will be assigned an appropriate team and Project Manager. From this point on, all future communication between client and team is mediated by the Project Manager, and no longer involves our Directors.
LEARNING PHASE
This is the moment when consultants dedicate themselves into studying what skills will be needed and start preparing for your project. It usually involves market research, targeted trainings, and brainstorming. This phase is essential for us to guarantee the success of the projects we take in, since it allows our consulting team to develop personalized strategies that will work specifically for your business.
PLANNING PHASE
The Planning phase is where your team will be focusing on the strategies elaborated in the Learning Phase and transforming them into real-life deliverables. In order to create these deliverables, consultants prepare materials, presentations, and ideas which they believe will fulfill the needs of your business.
IMPLEMENTING PHASE
This is the time for you, the client, to study all of the materials and strategies that your team has prepared. This might or might not involve some type of active execution by the team, but this varies between projects, clients, and project areas. While you evaluate these strategies, our team will also be working on how to improve your overall experience, and how to better fit in your needs with our deliverables.
MONITORING PHASE
The goal of this phase is to make sure you feel confident in approaching the strategies your team has developed and applying them to your business. This is the perfect moment for you to ask us any questions you might have regarding our deliverables and the consulting strategies we used. Additionally, your team will be available (for the time period specified in your contract) to offer assistance while you implement the strategies proposed in the deliverables, in order that you have everything you might need to remain successful once the project is over.
CLOSING PHASE
The Closing phase is dedicated to signing all closure documents and delivering any extra material that may be needed once the monitoring phase is complete. Even though the project is coming to an end, all team members that took part in the project remain available for a period of two weeks to aid with challenges you might encounter and to answer any final questions you may have.
